Can I put dually wheels on my 2003 F250? What do I need to make it work?
An F350

Being an F350 is not the same as having a dually axle. There are millions of SRW F350’s out there. But F450’s and up are all dually axles.

Mmmhmmm, but do you know what is common for F250? They are all factory 3/4 ton trucks and have a SRW.
@Skyler
And… Your comment made it sound like the only thing needed to run dually tires was to have an F350, which is not true. Sorry but you’re misinformed.

Haha yeah, I was totally saying the ONLY way to do it is with an F350. Are there ways to do it with a 250? Sure, but it’s probably not worth the trouble.
@Skyler
Go ask your mom for help, kid.
@Skyler
By the way, SRW F350’s are also 3/4 ton… Just FYI.

Yep, SRW F350 7.3’s have a GVWR under 10,001 lbs. Just like I said, you’re misinformed.
@Peyton
Saying ‘I live to educate the ignorant’ is probably the most arrogant response I’ve ever seen.

Arrogant or not, I’m still educating you.

You can believe whatever you want, but I’ll stick with my 1-ton SRW F350.
@Skyler
If it’s a 7.3, you don’t have a 1-ton truck. Go check your VIN plate.

This comment is empty, admin should fix
Are you asking about actually putting 4 tires on the rear axle, or just going for heavy E+ tires? If you want more than 2 tires in the back, you’ll need to do an axle swap.
Why would you convert a 3/4 ton to dually? Just buy a dually truck instead.
Why not just swap the badge from an F350 dually onto a 2003 F250?
The rear axle is totally different (Dana 80) compared to the 10.5 Sterling. And also, you’re 2-wheel drive, so no Super 60… Also, you’ll need fiberglass fenders to fit it.
The easiest way would be to swap the hubs.
