6.7 is a solid truck. But honestly, all newer diesels have some issues. My family has tried every brand, and each one’s had their quirks. If you like this setup and trust it, I’d say go for it. Around here, $60k would just be for the truck alone.

I’ve got a Class A CDL! I’ve towed everything from little dollies to 53’ trailers. It’s actually the shorter trailers that can be the trickiest.

Should pull just fine. I haul a 33’ Airstream with an F350 and it’s a breeze.
You didn’t mention it, but if you do get this truck, think about deleting it. Upgrade to the CP3 pump too. Not sure what state you’re in, but you can leave parts in place while making them non-functional. Only thing that costs is the tuner; I use Mini Maxx, and it’s been trouble-free for 50k miles on my 6.7.
Coming from a MOPAR guy here, I get it. I also have a couple of 7.3 Fords and they’re fantastic.
Honestly, this sounds like a solid deal for both! Trucks like these go for $60k alone, even without the trailer.
6.7 doesn’t have the headaches of the 6.0 or 6.4, but it’s good to know about CP3 vs CP4. When those pumps fail, it can cause major engine damage. Definitely look into DEF, DPF, and EGR maintenance.
Dave’s Automotive on YouTube has great videos on diesels if you’re curious.

Is this kind of like the smooth vs. crunchy peanut butter debate? Seems like I’m getting good info so far… betrayal of my Dodge loyalty is looking easier by the minute
