Big thanks to everyone who helped me out on this. It’s been a battle, but I’m finally done!
Does the knuckle pivot easily now? Shouldn’t have much resistance, if any.

Yeah, it pivots smoothly with just a little bit of tension. Feels solid.

Sounds like you nailed it! Next challenge is getting those vacuum seals seated into the knuckle.
Also, don’t forget to check the axle dust seals in the tube.
@Jet
Man, that upper ball joint bushing was such a pain! I brushed some silver anti-seize on it, let it sit for 20 minutes, and gave it one good hit with the air chisel. It popped right out after that.
What’s up with all the complaining? It’s just ball joints.

The muscle fatigue from this is no joke. Woke up this morning and my hand was cramped like crazy.

Sounds like someone needs to hit the gym more often.

Listen, when you can do what I’m doing with one arm, then you can have an opinion. Until then, maybe keep the negative comments to yourself.

Wasn’t trying to offend, just making a point. But alright.

I’ve got cerebral palsy. Been paralyzed on my right side since birth. What’s your excuse?
@Hayes
You know, it’s funny how some people want to tear others down just to make themselves feel better. I’m out here doing the best I can, working through challenges most people couldn’t even imagine. Here’s a challenge for you: seat two ball joints, upper and lower, with a knuckle housing between your knees, using only one arm. I’ll bet you $1,000 you can’t do it.
