Here is our 2003 F-350 7.3 Powerstroke dually. We bought it in 2018, and it only has 106,000 miles on it! My boyfriend doesn’t drive it much, and I would love to convince him to use it more. It is both a beast and a beauty. At this point, I really need to learn how to drive a stick so I can take it for a spin.
Hold onto it forever. In a way, the final back when trucks were trucks.
He liked everything about it, but especially it was a regular cab. He never wanted a bigger cab.
The F450 is available as a single cab dually, but unfortunately, it’s only offered in the XLT trim. I would love to see a King Ranch version of the single cab 450.
Man, I remember 16 years ago when my uncle’s '03 7.3 single cab long bed dually looked just as good as this one. But farm trucks definitely have a tough life! This is a beautiful truck, and it deserves to be driven.
Thank You! I think the same thing.
High torque motors, which include most diesel vehicles, are, in my opinion, the best to learn how to drive stick shift. When you start from a halt, you only need to release the clutch. Unlike a Civic, Camry, Mustang, Camaro, etc., you don’t have to worry about letting it run a little gas while releasing the clutch to get moving.
It is a fun and practical talent to have in your toolbox, so if you want to learn how to drive a stick, ask someone to teach you.
He’s going to teach me. Someday.
Those are some seriously badass tow rigs. Love it definitely keep it forever.
Truck is a complete pile of shit, you should just cut your losses and sell it to me.
