How much of a difference do you really notice?

This is definitely in the territory of diminishing returns. It will make some difference, but is it worth the cost compared to other upgrades? Maybe not. But would I still do it? Absolutely—if it adds even a little power and looks cool, why not?

I think that’s because it doesn’t have an O-ring groove, so you can get more coupler over the pipe. I’m planning to silicone it anyway.

I remember an episode of Engine Masters where they dented some headers. There was no change in flow, back pressure, or HP on the dyno.

The only difference you’ll feel is in your wallet.
