It may come with a factory plow package, which includes slightly higher front springs installed from the factory.

Nice catch on the plow package. I initially thought it might be leveled, but this could definitely be the reason.

I had the plow prep package in 2012. There was nothing in the bed, so it was level.

It looks pretty standard to me. My F350 has a similar stance, and I don’t have a lift.

Likewise. My 250 sits exactly like that with its standard 20" rims.

I simply didn’t know because I noticed a smaller one somewhere.
