Good point. But I always remind folks that batteries aren’t tool storage. It’s only a risk if you make it one. Even stock terminals can have the same issue.
I put one of these kits on my JKU. Left the old wiring and ran it as redundant.

Looks like a pricey upgrade 
but totally worth it. I did the same and got a hydraulic crimper off Amazon—super handy for future projects!
