The FPR screen is on the driver’s side of the fuel bowl. Also, check the HPOP reservoir—oil should be within an inch of the top. Cranking with the ICP unplugged might help too.
I’m calling it for tonight—new CPS, filter, topped-off oil, and still no start. I’ll check the HPOP reservoir and might tear apart the fuel filter housing next.

Check your battery voltage with a voltmeter. It should stay above 10 volts while cranking and be around 12.5 when idle. If that’s fine, tap the starter with a hammer to see if it engages.
Just to clarify: The truck would start for a few seconds, sputter, and die earlier today. After replacing the CPS, it’s back to just cranking with no start.

Do you have a scanner to monitor it while cranking? Check fuel pressure and the fuel bowl too.
