The old one was torn and was causing long crank times, around 6-7 seconds.

Got it to my buddy’s shop. I’ll update with the cause and fix once we figure it out. Thanks for all the help!

Could be dummy plugs.

Follow the diagnostic steps in the service manual instead of guessing. Do a high-pressure oil test and check for leaks. A $70 IPR is a red flag; OEM costs around $400. Make sure the FICM and PCM connections are solid, and inspect all harnesses for wear.

Already swapped out the cheap IPR for an OEM one. Truck’s in the shop now to go over everything.
